Celeste Beatty, the first black female brewery owner in America joins Jenny Dorsey, interdisciplinary visual artist and professional chef, and Ashley Rose Young, the Historian of the American Food History Project at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, to explore how creativity, ingenuity, and networking can create opportunities to level the field.
